physical memories
One of my favourite memories as a child is going through photo albums with my grandmother. Pointing to faces I know and giggling at their silly smiles. Asking questions about unfamiliar faces I have never seen, and hearing their stories. These tangible photos that I held in my tiny hands became bonding moments for my grandmother and my self, and gave her the chance to reflect on her happy memories. As great as digital files are - I will always cherish the physical memories I have, just a little more.
